DNA Music Entertainment is so much more than just a DJ company. We are your entertainment professionals, and we take this title very seriously. We run your night for you so you don’t have to stress the night of your big day. You can enjoy your night with your guests. Also, we work to get all your guests on the dance floor and keep them there. If your guests are dancing to certain songs, we know exactly what to play next to keep them there, which only comes from years of experience!
We have DJ’d over 500 weddings in hundreds of different locations across Iowa. Most likely we have DJ’d in the venue you have reserved. If for some reason we haven’t we do our research and come prepared for every event.
We provide music for your ceremony which includes, music while guests arrive, groom seating family, the bride walking down the aisle, sand/candle ceremony, and recessional. We can customize this list however you would like your service ran. We are here to make your special day perfect, so we are open to doing whatever it takes to make that happen. We also provide wireless microphones for your pastor and reader if you have a reading during the ceremony.
We bring only the best state of the art professional sound system. Our equipment is what professional singers perform with on a nightly basis. The sound quality is unmatched in the live music industry.
Not one wedding is the same. With that being said we ask our brides and grooms to give us 10-20 songs they would like played sometime in the night. From this list, we can get a general idea of what makes you get on the dance floor and have a good time. From there we have the ability to read your guests and know if they are dancing to one song what to play next. This skill comes from years of entertainment experience. We have every genre of music from new and old country, hip hop, dance, chart hits, 50s, 60s, 70s, and 80s. I have always been a total music junky so my music catalog is MUCH larger than most.
DNA Music Entertainment has a back up of every piece of equipment at every event ensuring your event will go on without a hitch.
We require a 12′ x 6′ area to set up in minimum. We also bring our own table and table cloth for the table.
Balance in full is due four weeks before the event along with final music selections. Taking care of these things early allows us to be properly prepared and for you to enjoy your night without worry.
